I know that feeling. Because I lived it.
There was a time when I didn’t recognise myself. I was unhealthy, unconfident, and disconnected from who I wanted to be. I wasn’t fuelling my body properly, I wasn’t pushing myself, and I’d lost all focus. I said yes to everything, even when it drained me, and I felt miserable in my own skin.
I hated what I saw in the mirror.
And I hated who I was becoming.
Until one day, I decided: enough was enough.
I chose to make me a priority, my physical health, my mental health, my life. I stopped relying on motivation and started building habits that actually fit my reality. I showed up for myself, even on the hard days.
And everything changed.
More energy.
Real confidence.
Self-respect.
Joy.
Excitement for life again.
